ABOUT
T1 Constructions has been engaged by GLP Developments to deliver a new residential benchmark for the area at 1 Zoe Place, located in the centre of rapidly evolving Mount Druitt. The residential project involves the construction of three 12-storey towers supported by the ground level supermarket alongside with a selection of multiple retail stores. Above the second floor is the residential section that is composed of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, a total of 372 apartments.
The green building materials aluminium formwork system and climbing screen have been utilised in construction work to increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption and minimise the total expenditure, which also leads to high quality finish and high durable structures.
Designed by Jackson Teece, the project will be completed at the end of 2021.
