Blacktown is set to be the new Parramatta for Sydney professionals. With this unique opportunity, T1 Constructions is working with Sheraton to deliver a mixed use residential, hotel and student accommodation project at 17 – 21 First Ave, Blacktown.
The building is to include retail space as well as communal facilities for residents, hotel guests and student guests. The three demographic groups will be using separate entries and lobby facilities with car parking provided on site.
The work will commence on-site in late 2021.
