T1 Constructions team has completed the installation of climbing screen at 1 Zoe Place in Mount Druitt.
1 Zoe Place is the first of the sites in Australia to be constructed by utilising green building materials aluminium formwork system and climbing screen at the same time. The new construction technologies are aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing energy consumption and minimise the total expenditure, which also leads to high quality finish and high durable structures.
The development project involves the construction of three 12-storey towers supported by the ground level supermarket alongside with a selection of multiple retail stores. Above the second floor is the residential section that is composed of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, a total of 372 apartments.
This project will reach the completion at the end of 2021.
