The early works progress on GLP Development’s new residential project is well underway with over 30 percent of bulk excavation works completed. More than 100,000m3 of earth from the site will be removed within the following months for the Blacktown project till the earth work completed.
The project comprises of 408 apartments over two 24-storey residential towers with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom units, as well as with a 7 level basement parking in the heart of Blacktown. It is supported by ground floor retail tenancies and the Good Luck supermarket, with additional retail uses and communal facilities such as indoor gym in the podium level.
